Finally...
An offseason that started off promising and got ugly in a hurry is over.
Vladimir Guerrero is in
Anaheim.
Milton Bradley is in
Los Angeles.
Tom Glavine is the opening day starter.
Joe McEwing and
Scott Erickson are on the active roster.
Jose Reyes and
Jae Weong Seo are not. But hey, the
Mets are playing the
Braves. It's going to be on TV.
Mike Cameron will be in centerfield.
Kazuo Matsui will be at shortstop.
Mike Piazza will be in the cleanup spot.
Roberto Alomar,
Roger Cedeno and
Mo Vaughn will be nowhere around. And it going to count in the standings. Sounds like fun to me.
Let's go Mets!
